Coming from the logistics industry, we set out to bring our logistics expertise and experience to the recruiting industry to help companies find the right tactical and cultural fit for their organization. Working in various roles across several different (types) of companies, our value is understanding the job openings over and above the job description. Likewise, it is understanding the candidate's experience and knowing what to ask candidates during the vetting process.

Matt Urban-ski
Matt is a logistics industry veteran with 15 years of experience in various roles, from entry-level to senior-level positions at small brokerages/3PLs and large brokerages/3PLs. After spending time in the recruiting/staffing industry, Matt moved into logistics, where he got his start at Echo Global Logistics. From there, he moved on to E.L. Hollingsworth and DHL Supply Chain. While in logistics, he gained experience on many levels including: managing accounts, managing brokerage teams, carrier procurement, engineering and operations. Matt received his business degree from Central Michigan University.

Bill Hall
Bill, for over 20 years, has worked as an operational and business development executive with leadership success in almost all modes of transportation. After graduating from Saginaw Valley State, Bill has had a focused career in the transportation and logistics industry. Leading teams for large asset-based LTL, Truckload, and Car Hauling companies and complex supply chain and warehouse solutions for 3PL providers.
